The 60-day Challenge is a self-transformational exercise that involves a commitment to doing something for sixty days that will lead to lasting change, and the adoption of long-term permanent habits. Challenge accepted. Will henceforth commit to a regimen that will mark sixty days of daily corrective habits. Hopefully the naysayers will let me do this on my own unhindered, and keep their doubts to themselves, until the completion of the 60-Day Challenge. I want to be accountable only to myself and not to any external record-keeper. This will be a great complement to my psychotherapy.
